Oyster bay rework help

i have been offered this gun for 2200$. I am new to c96 but from my limited research I believe this gun is an oyster bay reworked gun.  Numbers are matching. I have no idea how to value this gun or if the mag conversion kills the value. I also don’t know if the stock is original. Thank you in advance.

The one picture is not enough to access actual value. The magazine is an after market addition. Without knowing if the serial numbers match, except the bottom of the magazine well (which is not shown as the detachable replaces it) and the other sides of the stock and pistol, the most I would pay is about $1200. There are just to many unknowns to know if its worth more.
