Hello guys. just joined and am trying to identify my Mauser action as to get some restoration done on it.. Is stamped         Mod. Mauser  1897.     Duetch Waffaen  und Munitions fabriken       Berlin ..     Also has ovs 2730  on the breach.. any help to identify this and what it may have originally been chambered at would be great..  Seems to be short in the action and magazine, compared to most 95 and 98 mausers I have sighted..  Cheers
